Providing that the product is in stock, all orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Within the Republic of South Africa, we generally use Fastway Couriers or SAPO to deliver goods. Within the United States of America, we generally use USPS to deliver goods. Within the United Kingdom, we generally use the Royal Mail to deliver goods. Any of the above-listed carriers or an alternative option will be used for delivery to countries not mentioned above.

The shipping costs of orders is based on the weight of the products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. At this stage, you will have the choice to either proceed or cancel your order.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

When using a carrier that provides a tracking number, this will be provided to you.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● Other: 10–20 business days

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
